APRIL 12TH REOPENING OF JO BLU SALON

 

We welcome you back to Jo Blu on the 12th April and look forward to seeing you all. We hope that despite the sterile atmosphere and PPE we can greet you with our friendly staff once again and assure your visit is a warm, relaxed one!

We retain strict Covid protocols guided by the Government and ask you to please support and understand that we have to put these in place to keep us all safe.

Our salon is sterilised after each client visit. Door handles, doors and trolleys wash areas Credit card machines and bathrooms are washed down and sterilised.

All towels and gowns are suitably washed after every client or a new disposable gown / towel is used for every client

Our stylists and therapists tools are sterilised also after each client.

COVID-19 health screening is carried out on all staff prior to work starting work

All our team have received up to date COVID Safe training and are certified

Important information about your visit:

We require 24 hours cancellation notice if you cannot attend your appointment there will be a charge of 50%

COVID-19 health screening carried out on all clients prior to their appointment – you will receive a Covid questionnaire to fill in and be asked to submit it back to us via an an email or text. It is very easy to do and takes seconds!

There will be a £3 charge for PPE which will be applied to your bill at the end of service. We thank you in advance for supporting the cost of disposable salon wear for the client.

We can assure that social distancing in the salon are followed wherever possible.

Please wear a facemark to the salon or we can provide you one.

Please come alone to your appointment this helps us keep a minimum in the salon at all times. Unless your bringing a child or you are are carer.

Please wait outside to be called into the salon. You will have your temperature taken and be asked to sanitise your hands on arrival and departure.

Please book via telephone on our bookings page via our website.

We cannot hang up your coat, you may place this in a box beside you along with your bag.

A full record of all client names, contact number, date and time of visit is kept (to allow track and trace)

Clients with Pre-booked Appointments who develop Coronavirus symptoms such as a high fever and/or dry cough, loss of taste and smell will have to reschedule their appointments for at least 10/14 days unless they provide us with a negative Covid testNo late cancelation fees will apply under these circumstances.

Our salon now displays an official NHS QR code poster, so that clients and visitors can ‘check-in’ using this option.

Clients Do Not have to use the NHS QR code, but our salon MUST provide one.
